WebAssembly and Cloudflow Workstations

Ruby running in WebAssembly means we now have this new use case, like we can run Ruby on edge networks. It's not particularly interesting to me, but a lot of cryptocurrencies use WebAssembly as a standard for running code. Because WebAssembly is portable, it's way easier to run. A lot of these CDN edge networks run WebAssembly rather than running real real binaries. So you're basically trading off the latency for the package size in bandwidth usage.
