The Weak Hypothesis Approach for Binary Multiplication

I've been remiss in my attendance lately but I presented this and the one thing he said was I want to see how it scales so I have to build a more efficient program and then see how it scale because right my initial implementation is really slow do you find that that's an implementation thing or is it a like an algorithmic big O kind of limitation.
