The Use of Anti-Terrorism Laws in the United States

During the Bush administration, one of the things that we saw is the use of anti-terrorism laws against animal rights and environmental activists. And then at the same time, we saw the use of these tactics against Muslims and counter-terrorism investigations. So after Obama takes office, there's actually an uptick in that type of activity by the FBI targeting Muslims in counter-terrorism stings.
