I think it's all about coaching yourself, or maybe being coached by others. To get comfortable with the discomfortto to sort of change your mind about the idea that it's supposed to be different. We intuitively don't want to tell someone their baby is ugly. And i realize you're not going to get to a totally delightful, wonderful movie if you're not willing to hear and really entertain criticism along the wayu That's not easy for human beings to offer because, again, we want to be liked.
