If you could recommend one book to our listeners, what would it be and why? I'm going to recommend more than one book, but I'll try to do it fast. Jim Amanda and Goatsy Adiichi: It's a great, great novel about the experience of an African immigrant. Americano: If you're interested at all in mood disorders and depression and anxiety, things like that, as well as substance abuse problems in a totally wild, epic, gigantic, fictional world. Let me tell you, happy stuff. All the happy things.
Matt Griffin shows us how empathy and sensitivity to the world around us is the key to great design. He teaches us how as a leader, the worst decision is no decision.
