Couples Therapy Can Help You Manage Your Anxiety
Couples therapy can help both you and your partner understand together what happens for you on the inside when you feel scared. And by talking about this openly with your partner in a safe space, your partner can begin to have more empathy for what you're going through. So that can help your relationship. There are online CBT courses, which if you don't feel quite up for therapy with a person, I would really encourage because it can be really difficult to kind of gain that self awareness that you need.
