Building a Culture Around Five Points

We decided to a build our culture around five points, which was a trust, self reflection, humility, communication and trust. And we also think like, everyone's human. Everyone has growth potential. We talk about as a team, are those persons growth areas comparable to resources that we have to be able to support them in that growth? That's the first step. The second step is we define culture as, what are the things that you reward, and what are the thing that you ultimately, like, punish or correct? So every day we think like, is this interaction a a thing that we want to reward, or is thi thing that happened, something that we wants to give
