How Store Focused on Single Tenant Leases

Sale leaseback is something called the sale leaseback which is essentially you own and operate from those locations. As a tenant then as the original owner of the building are able to stay in that building so it doesn't displace your business. You can take the money you can invest it into the business or buy another business rightYou can borrow invested into bitcoin but that's how the sale lease back concept started.
