The Inevitability of Personalization

I think we're now shifting to an era of anticipation. The technologies are becoming smarter and they know more about you because they touch you on so many levels. This is the sort of stuff that when incorporated into a device like Google Home can become very powerful. But also, there's this other side to it - if we don't pay attention to it, it could become potentially harmful to us or at least anyway, inconvenient to us.
