How to Buy Items on the Bylist

When i get prompted to buy something, and i know that i am feling some kind of way about it, i put it on a list. The rule is i cannot buy anything um on the by list until it's been on the list for as little as 24 hours. There's been very few things i've bought off this by list. And i think it confuses my brain, and it feels good. It feels like i'm buying it without buying it.
