The Battle of Kehima

The C-47 or British service, the TC-3, was the workhorse of the campaign. The Royal West Cancer were flown in directly from the battlefield in Arican as part of the arriving for 161 brigades. Slim had those sort of advantages, but he also had soldiers by 1944 who were well trained. They were prepared to fight the Japanese in a way that perhaps in the past they'd felt incapable of doing.
