The Ego Craving

The great difficulty here is that there isn't one. We spend so much of our lives revolving around this ego craving for sense pleasures, craving for existence, craving for non-existence. The great discovery and practice is that on one level, birth and death, existence and non-existence self and other are the big defining themes of our lives. But on another level it's just the dance of insubstantial appearances. So we need to see this for ourselves and to understand this.
