Every month the team that i work on processes data for about a million stars. We have an incredible amount of data to go through in just a single month. In my ph d, i developed a algaritm that could look through o planet search results and try to identify the best planet candidates from that list. So so far, the faint star search as added more than two thousand t ois to the five thousand total number. Terrific success.
