How to Be Flexible and Open in a Ministry
I think a lot of people assume or they're running ministries that are quote unquote spontaneous and unstructured, but they're not organized or prepared on the back end. And so then it just kind of feels like a little bit chaotic and people maybe aren't as prepared to serve adequately. So I've learned is that if I can do the back end work, it actually opens up my life for more spontaneity or for like interruptions. Right? Like if you serve in any capacity with church with responsibility, you know that there are things that you didn't plan that happen and they need attention.
