Europe's Pain Is Only Going to Get Worse
European leaders have been dismayed by how protectionist the Biden administration has turned out to be in its economic policy. The tensions are only going to grow because Europe's pain is only going to get worse, writes Peter Bergen. He says there is a genuine risk of the de-industrialization of Germany if major industries like chemicals and auto manufacturing move more factories overseas to the US or China.
