How Do I Know a Potential Leader?
The first thing i tell people is, go find somebody that makes things happen. You've got to choose who can best pass on the legacy that you want to leave. We have all heard that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. I also believe when the teacher isready, the student appears. In my early years of teaching leadership, i had very few students. It's a lot of fun to teach people that love to learn and love to grow. That's the first thing teachings becomes effectiv with studens.
