The Problem With Electronic Health Records

Dr. Robert Gollum: We haven't seen good examples of changes that have reduced documentation time. There's ongoing issues with interoperability, which can increase time for physicians wanting to view records outside of EHR. He says he is worried we may see more of our day going towards the EHR rather than less.
