The reason why the Scandinavians and Dutch speak English so much better than Germans is because they've watched their movies in English. In Germany it's all dubbed into German. But let me give you a real life example. There's a really good Stephen Graham film last year called Boiling Point where he plays a chef and he got a 15 in the UK primarily for strong language. And if you look at other English speaking countries, so it got an R rating in the United States,.
