I've realized how much especially younger, how easy it was to judge things that you didn't know. As an athlete playing sports like running was a punishment. It was never something that you enjoyed. Now my last half marathon actually went horribly and it hurt for several days but I've become one of those people who really enjoy running. The more you learn about the hobby, the more complicated the hobby is than you ever thought. Once you go down the rabbit holes, it gets more and more complicated.
