If you fast forward for the first hour it is the best time to jump into Pikmin 4. You've never been able to jump before and now you can jump because you're on the back of this dog. It's more of an RPG now where as you're collecting stuff and doing various missions you're earning currency which then allows you to unlock upgrades for the dog or you that make a lot of the previously annoying things not so bad.

There's never been a better time to hop aboard the Pikmin train! What does Pikmin 4 add (and subtract) to make it the series most digestible entry to date? Also, how well does a classic DS Match 3 RPG hold up in 2023?
