How to Internalize Positive Moments

Don't just know that they like you or appreciate you. Let yourself feel it. My go-tos about this are to stay with it for a breath or longer, try to feel it in your body and be aware of what feels good about it. And around that, treat yourself like you matter. It's there. It's real. Why not? Why not bring that big spoon, right? Why not take it in? Each time you do it, it won't change your life. Usually once in a while, it will,. But most of it is little, but still, bit by bit, synapse by synapse, neuron by neuron.
