I study the brain across the entire lifespan. And a big focus of it is early brain development. I work with a ton of endurance athletes and what's the way, if you want to keep showing up to the start line, you need to prevent injuries. What's the best way to prevent injuries in an endurance athlete? Get them to strength train. So we think that next strength is important for minimizing concussions.
