Is There Still a Gap Between Interaction Design and User Experience?

i think there is a gap between how peters currently work and how people want to feel when they're using their tools. i had just never thought about things like before. I was just trying to make screens that moved, that looked and felt orgonomic. And so after that, it sort of felt like suddenly a whole new world of just asking questions and digging myself into a rabbit hole.
