Isn't There's Nothing Which Is the Rainbow?
The notion of self is like a rainbow. We're all, we are all rainbows. There is an appearance and the appearance is vivid and we see it. So it's real on that level, but it's not really real. As an energy would say so many times and really got integrated in my awareness just many, many times he would describe the whole process empty phenomena rolling on. It's just this rolling on of mind, body, phenomena. Empty of substance, empty of self.
