Carols does not equal a sufficient amount of non-Christians becoming Christians over a period of five, 10, 15, 20 years to warrant the thousands of man hours it takes to organize such an enormous event. So instead do a smaller Carols at your church. Do it, do it at your church in your school hall, wherever you do your normal church. And then you've got very little community recognition.
