Cisco is going into gaming, right? Remember when we talked about they bought Win. They bought Metro wholesale seven properties in Italy. So we're in Italy now that's their fourth international, I guess, place where they're doing business. Also investing a billion dollars into plenty, which is a vertical farmer. And then the last thing is certain consumer centric medical properties kind of like dentist office and so on.
