Pump and Dump - It's All Marketing

Even Bitcoin these days, there's a lot of pump and dump. The whole idea is that if you're promising something, you got to deliver. And how many times have you seen companies mention in their press releases how close they are to the good project nearby? I call that not geology, but neurology. It's all marketing, right? You're doing things that just pump up the stock price so that the people who hold it can dump what they hold.
