Is There a Refusal to Overturn Roe?

I know a lot of single issue voters who are abortion voters. And so the vast majority, well, a majority anyway, according to polls of Americans think that it should be somewhere in the middle. I don't think that actually represents that much change that referendum result. What I do think is that of course it resulted in higher motivation for Dems to come out and less motivation for Republicans. It does seem that in conventional terms, the Democrats should have suffered big time in the midterms.
