Women Leaders in Silicon Valley Act Like Men

i was trying to be super, super careful about using the right pronouns. A boss isn't always a he,. like when i grew up, graduated from college, and probably when you bosses were mostly hes. And so it took some really hard training to convert my brain and say, in my mind, bosses are women too. So now i use the female pronoun not because i'm trying to be a feminist, but because i want to be sensitive to the people in the audience.
