When you get older, it makes you feel kind of like immature in a way. Once you become aware that you are a am, impermanent organism on earth, it kind of sucks that every year you're basically counting down when that becomes more and more of a reality. Ye ye, that that there's kind of a sudden responsibility put on you, that you're kind of loosening your ties with all these things that previously were very concrete, like him. And that kind of also resolves may be the other reason why we kind of feel less happy about turning a another your becoming older.
