The Importance of Community in the Music Industry

I feel like in the music industry historically it's been very predominantly white or even predominantly black when we go into different like worlds of genres and stuff like that but with minorities yeah there is a sense of community there. I think what's really having a moment right now is like the Hispanic community and like the Latino community. There's a bunch of like collectives or groups of like Asian artists and Asian like entrepreneurs that are championing that world. But I will say that I don't really work in any of those worlds which is kind of like fuck to say but I mean them friends with a lot of them and like I support them as much as I can.
