Carterworth: One of the a things that i've been tracking over this summer was te kind of disconnect between that arc in vest, innovative of e t f, and tesla, which is its largest holding. Tessla has gone up 15 % since july first, and arc has gone down about 15%. And testla, for whatever reason, is taking on a defense characteristic. It sounds crazy even say that, and yet it is. Its relative strength of the last couple of sessions is nothing short.
