The Importance of Standardization in Product Management

I've heard some detractors in the past kind of talk about why do you have to like standardize things right or why can't product managers just do them themselves. I don't think product ops is at all taking the place of good coaching for product managers maybe they have the inventory of the playbooks that are really helpful but certainly more senior product people should be doing that with their people and that's like a people management leadership thing for sure. Having somebody think across that partner with people get a lot of feedback on it but kind of run it and make sure that it lands in a good place is really important. It takes more than that to kind of do it really well and keep it going
