The Power of Vulnerability

For a very, very long time, like especially growing up with lots of lats and having lots of banter. It would be very rare that you could have vulnerable moments in that sort of environment. And the construction industry is very male dominated. So being vulnerable with that environment is a no-no. I think what's happening recently more so, as I've allowed myself to experience these more contractive emotions or negative emotions, you might want to term them,. I am experiencing more happiness and more joy than ever before.
