In the first year, my ccounting system consisted of a couple of apple boxes into which the receipts would go. So it was really hard to know exactly how much profit. But we were making profit, but everything got ploughed back into the business. And how much profit it made, i really don't know. Restaurant and the family, the kids were very young, yes, i needed to give them attention. Cas i yoont n e say, she's kind of a superwoman, you know. Now, guy, i'm so, i'm surprised at myself. I just just wonder, how did i do it?
