I think the roanda crisis is happening in haiti, where there has truly been a breakdown virtually all order. The odd thing about ethiopia is the tegreyan forces, they are no entirely capable of being our allies as they have been historically. We really ought to be helping haiti and many other places where there isn't war going on, but tremendous suffering. But boy, old boy, wefor the last 20 or 30 years, the the a success rate of the us. Doing anything positive ar wandering around the globe.
