Strength and Regaining Strength

What should we be thinking about when it comes to strengthand and regaining strength? We know quads are import, but let's not forget the calves and the hampshering. Where you focus is going to depend on where your athlete has deficits. Some athletes may just lose quadstrin and the hips may be great,. Their hampstrings may be great, their cast may be great. But for each case, you really do need to kind of pick out what are my priorities? And how am i going to look at that?
