What Is the Utility of a Meeting?
"I don't fully understand the reasons why they've been productive, but just one of the reasons why i'm interested to get your take on it beause i think understanding the underlying principles really helps to understand what tools to use when and why. Something that i have found, just in the last couple of months to be really useful is in recording the meetings in which decisions are made," he says. "The ability for people to see me and josh talking about it, that the medium changed the way that that decision was understood."
