How to Achieve a CPO Position

When you look back, is there anything else you want to change with the way you've approached coming to the position you are in today? My main advice is kind of find your passion for it. Don't worry about what you experience might or might not say about whether or not you have already done it. I see a lot of product leaders who hold themselves back because they're like, well, I don't really have that experience.
