The Disappointment of E3
E3 had kind of been dead for a while in the sense that, well, you know, it was online only. The difference between E3 and an Nintendo Direct or a Sony state of play is that gamers and journalists got to go hands-on and play these games and see them for themselves. That's a very real major loss. It could be a money maker for the people putting it on, but now they're stuck with a big empty haul.
