Teaching a Jugitzu Class for the First Time Is Nervous
i actually never found teaching adults to be too nerve racking. It's because i just, i love teaching things that i'm interested in. However, teaching kids in front of parents is nerve-racking. A lot of it is how you just own it and your attitude about it. And like i mentioned, talking about driving or shooting a gun for the first time, it's like you have to take control of the situation. You can't just let the situation control you. That involves confidence and an intimidation factor that is uncomfortable. But again, like you you mention, becoming an expert at something, you have to do it to to become an expert.
