You only need someone who's one step further ahead of you in certain area that you want to improve. You can ask their advice and they will give you it for free. The only difference between you moving forward or not is you being willing enough to put your ego aside to go and ask the advice. That's what I've learned is like being able to manage the ego to be able to say, hang on a minute. No, it's not. I want, if you go and ask that person a question. Yeah.
