Haiti's Fate Is in the Hands of Roger Farnham
Haiti is the only country in the modern world to be founded by a revolt, by enslaved people. In 1910, dollar diplomacy forced Haiti to start accepting U.S. financial control. Roger Farnham was President Woodrow Wilson's principal advisor on Haiti. He leveraged those positions to create the conditions for an American invasion.
