How do you create a high functioning team? Well, it's that vigilance and just making sure it's operating. There's anything as different from every industry. One of the things i think is really important is that it may be true of any team making complex, important decisions,. You shouldn't spend very much time together. If we've spent all this time together on a dateday basis, if we're all smart enough to convince each other that we're all good at what we are doing, my group is better than yours. And so if we can maintain our independence, then I don't want someone else to absorb my bias.
