The Future of Antarctica

I'm very interested in the future of antarctica, and i know you are too. We talked about that treaty, the antarctic treaty. It has a couple of very big provisions. The first one is that antarctica shall be used for peaceful purposes onlys no nuclear bases,. No submarine reups, none of that. I feel like that's a tough thing to enforce, but, well, it's not impossible.
