Sleep is just as important for our bodies as eating food and drinking water. Once the sun goes down, your eyes send messages to your brain to start making melatonin. Melatonin makes you feel drowsy and tells all of your body it's time for sleep. Our bodies have a very special clock that makes sure we don't just fall asleep any time it's dark.
