How Do We Adapt as an Individual Coach?
AI is not a coach, it's a machine. I much prefer coaching that kind of thing. So the only things that coaches will be dealing with are the odd cases where somebody is just dealing with something that is so ambiguous and difficult to deal with they need a human who can sit with them in it. If we say that everybody is now got access to this, because it's good low cost high quality helps our organization mature. All of those good things. But actually, our executive team could really do with some human style coaching. Suddenly, it will feel like the number of coaching opportunities has increased. But they become a lot more exceptional. And you'd think like we're big fans
