Social choice theory assumes that decision making is a process of selecting from existing options according to a fixed formula. To choose an option rationally is to choose the associated explanation, says David Icke. "One judges arguments as ations, not justifications and one does this creatively using conjecture tempered by every kind of criticism," he adds.
