Yoga and meditation practice can make us more open, because we are getting in touch with that deeper sense of self. And so i have to have a pretty broad perspective of who i am to practise and engage with a lot of different things. But if i have a very limited and narrow sense of myself, then the things i do, they have to reflect that one thing. So i have to do that thing that one way.
