P n p m is an alternative to a n p m or yarn that saved some space on your computer by simlinking the packages and a host of other things. N v m is something called no diver on manager, which is basically soft were that runs on your computer to manage your version of node. So how do those two things relate? Well, they don't really. You don't really have to thik about them as relating because p n p m will use whichever version of node is selected via n v m just the exact same way that n p m would or yarn would.
